Admin Officer Gr I: Financial Services SRAC: SRAC20953 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma / National Diploma in Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting or equivalent Finance qualification
• A valid Driver's License
• 5 years' experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilities bookings management.
• Monitor and control budget expenditure and reporting on variance and over expenditure.
• Co-ordinate all ICT Issues
• Attend to internal and external Audit matters as and when required.
• Manage and control record all stationery items that are received through stores, service providers and suppliers
• Compile financial, Fleet, Human Resource and administration reports.
• Ensure that completed work adheres to governance and legislative requirements.
• Drive own performance to achieve business objectives within required response time, quality and service delivery standards.
• Monitor and update the financial systems.
