Job Description

Associate role is to provide back office/administration solutions to sales team by ensuring all sales processed for customer’s products and services are captured, tracked and managed on clients and internal CRM systems thereby generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

This role requires for an enthusiastic individual with strong administration skills to fill the role of a Back Office Agent within the sales team by meeting set KPI’s.

• Min 1 - 2 years’ experience working as an Administrator / Administration Agent
• Working knowledge of NGN and CMSS systems
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated individual that can work alone or as part of a team with limited supervision.
• Call centre experience in back office functions
• Telecom’s experience
• Knowledge or understanding of contact centre technology and methodologies
• Effective customer relationship and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
