Administration Clerk: Talent Sourcing, Ref No. DOTP 68/2025 at Western Cape Government

Job Purpose    

• The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual that will be responsible for administrative functions within the Directorate: Recruitment and Selection. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification). 

Recommendation    

• None.

Key Performance Areas    

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders; General HR administration; Database Management; Capture and update expenditure in component; Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection Policies and Procedures.

Competencies    

• Proven computer literacy in MS Word and Excel; Good planning and organising skills; Communication (written and verbal) skills; Interpersonal skill; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• It will be advantageous to have an Appropriate tertiary qualification; experience within a Human Resource/Recruitment environment; experience on an e-recruitment system
• A valid Code B (or higher) driving licence.

Remuneration    

• R 228 321 - R 268 950 per annum (Salary level 5).
