Administrative Officer: HRD and Transformation Services
Grade 12 plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Management/Administration, and Human Resource Development/ Management, Management of Training qualification or relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HRD and Transformation environment. A valid driver’s licence (with exception of people with disabilities).
DUTIES :
Render Human Resource Development. Render Performance Management Development System (PMDS).
Render employee wellness. Render Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality.
Provide Special Programmes. Render Service Delivery Improvement service.
