Administrator at ABB

• You will be working as Administrator and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Longmeadow, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Product Marketing Director and will be responsible to provide general administrative services

Your responsibilities

• Maintain all channel partner agreements (new and renewals)
• Keep system (SFDC) up to date with any changes
• Assist with Due Diligence process
• Quarterly updates to customers on their performance
• Maintain e-learning platforms
• Assist with training programs for channel partners
• Assist with e-Commerce platforms and the integration of it to the ABB system
• Assist with channel partners events

Your background

• Grade 12 / Diploma in equivalent field
• Excel / PPT experience essential
• Salesforce (SFDC) is advantages
• SAP knowledge
• Must be able to communicate with customers verbally and via digital platforms
• Fluency in English language is mandatory
