    Administrator Financial Reporting

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    • NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)

    The Appointee should:

    • Be Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
    • Clear security screening record.
    • Clear credit record.
    • Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
    • Have a minimum of 1-year appropriate experience in the Financial Environment.
    • Be Proficient in using Microsoft office package and relevant financial packages.
    • Sound knowledge of VAT legislation in an Accounts Receivable Environment.
    • Good understanding of accounting principles in an Accounts Receivable environment.

    Advantageous Qualifications:

    • Higher Certificates and Advanced National Cert Higher Certificates and Advanced National Vocational Certificates Business, Commerce and Management Studies.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Competency in using SAP ERP System.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Computer skills (MS Office and SAP).
    • Demonstrate an awareness of customer service and apply the skills of customer care in a specific work environment.
    • Apply the principles of corporate governance and ethics in an accounts receivable function.
    • Apply problem-solving techniques to make a decision or solve a problem.
    • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Demonstrate integrity and above-average interpersonal abilities.
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
    • Liaising with customers and stakeholders.
    • Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.
    • Adhering to applicable legislation (SOX, VAT).
    • Maintain customer master data.
    • Accurate creation of invoices / credit notes processed on the SAP ERP System.
    • Accurate processing of journals on the SAP ERP system.
    • Managing age analysis by following up, collecting and allocating of payments from customers.
    • Preparing accurate and complete monthly debtor reconciliations of good quality.
    • Follow up and resolving queries.
    • Ensure compliance with risk control measures.
    • Reconciliation of debtor’s general ledger accounts and customer accounts.
