Administrator: Indigent Support
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 5 - 8 years
- Location Western Cape
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Requirements:
- A Grade 12 Certificate.
- NQF 5 Certificate with Accounting as Major
- Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel, MS – Access and general advanced computer skills.
- Communication skills in two (2) of the three (3) official languages of the Western Cape.
- Code B/EB drivers’ license.
- Broad knowledge of municipal procedures, systems, infrastructure and legislation.
- 5 – 8 years relevant experience.
Key performance areas:
- Monitoring of Indigent Recipients
- Compilation and maintenance of indigent reports
- Supervision and control
- Act as Commissioner of Oath
- Preparing and maintaining Indigent Eskom List
- Debt Collection Process
- Capturing and approval of Journals
- Client Services
