Administrator: Supply Chain Management at South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA)

• SAQA seeks to appoint an Administrator: Supply Chain Management, to provide administrative support within the SCM sub-unit. Reporting to the Manager: Supply Chain Management, this position will assist with procurement processes, including requesting and evaluating quotations.

Requirements are:
Minimum Qualifications

• An appropriate, recognised qualification at NQF Level 5.
• A relevant NQF level 6 qualification will be an advantage.

Minimum Experience

• One-year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in SAGE 300 Accpac will be an advantage.

• Assisting with RFQs and tenders.
• Generating purchase requisitions for the SCM and Facilities unit.
• Placing orders on SAGE 300.
• Coordinating and tracking deliveries with suppliers.
• Handling queries from SAQA staff and suppliers.
• Assisting with Audit preparation and response.
• Assisting with contract management.
