KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the administration, customer service, shipment control, reporting, datamanagement, and operational support functions within the branch. The role acts as the central coordination point between customers, operations, agents, owner drivers, linehaul
• providers, and management to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of freight through the network.
• The primary objective of this role is to assume ownership of all administrative and operational support functions, allowing sales personnel to focus on customer acquisition, customer retention, account management, and revenue generation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years administration experience.
• Courier, logistics, transport, freight, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Customer service experience essential.
• Experience working with shipment tracking systems advantageous.
