Develop and Management of the Apple Care Logisitcs function to ensure operational efficientcy, flexibility in order to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound logisitics planning, forecasting and estimation of workload and picks ensuring that all orders and fulfilment activities are procedded through the warehouse system effeciently and safely.
Manage the spares RTV process
Maintain accurate Apple Care Inventory
Take ownership of official stock takes and cycle counts
Ensure adequate staff planned to pro-active manage to deliveries to meet end customer demand and manage the team accordingly
Ensure compliance of regulatory controls
Maintenance of import/export processes, procedues and control ensure regulatory compliance
Take ownership of all customer service issues related to spares distribution
Requirements:
BCom Logistics or similar
8 years experience in logistics of which 4 years are in a warehouse managerial position
Guide influence and direct people in such a way that outputs are performed
Ability to plan, lead, organise and control to achieve objectives
Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Proactive approach to find innovative solutions, able to multi task and prioritise
