Main objective of role

• Assist E-Commerce team in driving changes and optimisations on the website for conversions.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Minimum BTech or equivalent qualification
• Coding & FE development
• Computer literacy

Experience: 

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or front-end engineer.
• Front-end development - HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax
• CMS and CRM - Magento (management & general back-end exposure), Wordpress, Mailchimp, 
• Familiar with UI layouts (UI Frameworks), Bootstrap, UIKit, Semantic UI
• Understanding of server-side SCSS
• Experience debugging using tools like Browser Developer Consoles
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Understanding of SEO principles.

Advantageous but not necessary

• Magento theme development Experience with user interface design

Responsibilities:

• Utilise customer experience to ensure all site enhancements comply to strict usability
• guidelines and user-centric best practices.
• Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate visually and enhance creative concept, architecture, UI and navigation design
• for web sites, online advertising and mobile.
• Design and develop micro sites, banners, rich emails and other electronic media (where needed).
• Contribute unique ideas for strategic marketing initiatives for digital products. 
• Design with the purpose to always strive for business growth, sustainability and continuity 
• Be aware of new digital trends – local and international – and constantly search for
• plausible new ideas / methods.

Position Function:

• Develop and Management of the Apple Care Logisitcs function to ensure operational efficientcy, flexibility in order to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound logisitics planning, forecasting and estimation of workload and picks ensuring that all orders and fulfilment activities are procedded through the warehouse system effeciently and safely.
• Manage the spares RTV process
• Maintain accurate Apple Care Inventory
• Take ownership of official stock takes and cycle counts
• Ensure adequate staff planned to pro-active manage to deliveries to meet end customer demand and manage the team accordingly
• Ensure compliance of regulatory controls
• Maintenance of import/export processes, procedues and control ensure regulatory compliance
• Take ownership of all customer service issues related to spares distribution

Requirements:

• BCom Logistics or similar
• 8 years experience in logistics of which 4 years are in a warehouse managerial position
• Guide influence and direct people in such a way that outputs are performed
• Ability to plan, lead, organise and control to achieve objectives
• Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Proactive approach to find innovative solutions, able to multi task and prioritise
• Attention to detail
