Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the region
• Maintain internal processes, procedures & compliance for the region
• Monitor the region's performance
• Demonstrate and promote 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience to clients and employees
• Grow, develop, and build awareness of the company’s product and service offering
• Handle client queries and problem solving
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s product, service and processes
• Keep abreast of what competitors are doing
• Liaise and network within various areas of the construction industry to identify new areas of business
• To uphold and promote the company values

Job Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a Management, Sales, and Marketing
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years in a management position
• Proven acumen in a sales environment, commercial flair, and negotiations skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license (code 8)
