Job Description    

• Purpose of the job: Responsible for the profitable availability of the Premier range and management of Premier’s Sales and merchandising service providers to ensure achievement of sales targets and KPI’s.

•  Identify any sales opportunities

•  Drive Numeric Distribution

•  Point of purchase excellence
•  Correct order at the correct time (stock management)
•  Manage expenses
•  Management of returns and RSPs
•  Drive and manage volumes for designated areas
•  Ensure channel cycle activity is implemented and targets achieved
•  Provide original market information
•  To be the preferred supplier
•  Effective administration
•  Effective management of Service Providers

Qualification Requirements    

• Relevant qualification relating to Sales and Marketing Management

Experience Requirements    

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a FMCG Managerial position
• Experience in terms of HR and IR management – first formal discipline

Key accounting experience
