    Assistant Media Manager

    Position Summary

    Working in Bryanston, To coordinate efficient market media communication by being the support contact point between the media agency and marketing teams. Support Marketing Managers to accelerate strong brand growth by applying the Winning actions from Creating Engaging Brand Experiences and Plan and Execute Flawlessly within the BBNW framework. Co-leadi in key aspects of aligned media roadmap.

    A day in the life of
    An Assistant Media Manager at Nestle

    • Process and manage all Purchase Order creation in the system.
    • Coordinates with Media Agency for all PO modifications and process cancel & replace POs which leads to quick invoicing.
    • Responsible for all Good Receipts confirmation of Media Purchase Orders.
    • Act as primary problem solver concerning PO discrepancies and is charged with following up for missing paperwork and authorizations
    • Track, check and ensure that all Media invoices received corresponds to purchase orders sent to the agency
    • Reconciling and reporting on the status of Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts.

    What Will Make You Successful

    • 5+ years in Media Strategy(Buying/Planning)Operations,
    • Billings experience in a media agency
    • Full understanding of Media Planning and Investment, including Digital, to best manage the Financial
    • Stewardship and related data needs.
    • Experience in working in a virtual and complex environments
    • Project management skills
    • Strong stakehoder management skills
    • Basic knowledge and experience in BBNW - Red Room
    • Experience working in cross functional teams
    • Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Media/ Advertising
    • Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting. Anything that helps in the optimization process).
