    Assistant Parts Manager - Rola Mahindra Somerset West

    Job Advert Summary    

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Parts Manager to support the efficient running of our Rola Multifranchise - Somerset West Parts department. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in inventory or parts administration.
    • You will assist with stock control, reporting, customer service, and daily operational support to ensure smooth processes and excellent service delivery.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum 3 yrs experience in parts sales for a Franchised Dealer (Mahindra or related advantageous) 
    • Computer literacy with strong Excel/reporting skills, including Evolve software
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Team-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Clear criminal record
    • Valid unendorsed code 08 drivers lisence

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Assist with monitoring inventory levels and identifying obsolete stock.
    • Support monthly and quarterly reporting on sales mix, ROI, and gross profit.
    • Help manage daily parts supply and pre-order requirements.
    • Provide accurate financial and accounts information to management.
    • Assist with warehouse security, risk management, and compliance.
    • Coordinate staff meetings, training, and performance tracking.
    • Support customer service initiatives, including handling feedback and complaints.
    • Help implement systems for order tracking and delivery logistics.
