Key Performance Areas
Provide technical support to the Municipal Energy Efficiency section management & provide technical support to the Generation Development (Renewable Energy) section management
Assisting with project development, analysis and reporting on small-to- medium scale RE projects;
Providing support in energy utilisation studies of plant, equipment, premises, systems, in order to compile a comprehensive historical database on each energy system component;
Checking the budget allocations for specific acquisitions, interventions and/or activities required to sustain service delivery levels and preparing and submitting requisitions/ motivations for approval;
Co-ordinates tasks/ activities of field workers / interns associated with performance, productivity and discipline.
Exercise appropriate level of care in the planning, execution and control of city-owned generation projects.
Exercise appropriate level of care in the management of contracts (EPC, EPCM, etc.) within GDMEE portfolio under management
