To assist the Single Accommodation Officer in the running effectively and efficiently of Single Accommodation in line with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in catering/accommodation facility environment.
• 1 year planning and budget control
• Knowledge of SAP
• Drivers licence
• Computer Literate

Primary Duties    

• Budgeting, Planning, Costing and Control
• Management of single accommodation/Rec Club
• Inventory control (ordering, receiving, and issuing)
• Stock taking and variance reporting
• Bar and tuck shop
• Asset Verification
• Staff Supervision
• Training Bookings
• Hygiene and Safety
• Handling and resolving Customer queries and complaints.
