REQUIREMENTS :
- LLB degree or 4 year recognized legal qualification; Admission as an Attorney; At least 2 years appropriate post qualification legal/ litigation experience; A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas:
- Provide representation in lower courts to government on legal and litigation matters, Draft legal opinions, pleadings, notices and contracts;
- Responsible for the collection of debt on behalf of the state and the payment of legal costs/fees; Provide effective people management.
