    Associate Analyst Consultant (within Centre of Excellence Team) (ZN_COE_Associate)

    KEY OUTPUTS:

    • Analysis and documentation of business processes
    • Testing & QA of business processes & productivity
    • Help define business process and activity SLAs
    • Liaise with business analysts & give input to business process design and modelling
    • Administer support systems
    • Administer team systems
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be a process champion
    • Must be a customer champion
    • Must be a solutioner
    • Must be a relationship builder

    PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • 0-2 years’ experience in this discipline
    • Relevant Bachelor's degree is Beneficial
    • Business analyst/process analysis qualification is beneficial
