Associate Material Planning at Defy Appliances

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Place orders on suppliers.
• Expedite orders on suppliers.
• Place forecast on suppliers.
• Control stock levels to target.
• Update purchase order actions.
• Evaluate price variances.
• Update price changes.
• Follow upon consession requirements, Engineering changes, obtain quotes, ISIR samples, LOA, Place orders for tooling.
• Notify suppliers of rejects.
• Evaluate daily shortages.
• Coordinate transport requirements.
• Evaluate supplier on time delivery.
• Review trial kitting lists.
• Attend Engineering change meetings.
• Coordinate run in, run out of parts with minimal or no obsolescence.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
• Experience with MRP (MANUFACTURING RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM) 
• SAP Knowledge and experience.
