Au Pair | Scarborough | R12 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Scarborough
• Ages: Daughter aged 5 years old
• Working hours: Monday – Friday: 13h00 – 16h00
• School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible (if the candidate can travel with the family, they will be paid additionally per hour)
• Duties: Occasionally collecting from school, engaging in educational and age appropriate stimulation, general care and supervision, and assisting with anything childcare related. The candidate may also be required to travel with the family internationally. Family may require 1 evening babysitting shift per week (day to be mutually agreed upon by both parties and paid additionally). Possibly 1 Saturday per month: 09h00 – 15h00, also will be paid additionally if needed.
• Requirements: A second passport (American, Canadian, EU or UK) would be highly advantageous, particularly for international travel, however it is not essential or a deal breaker. Candidates with a South African passport only are also welcome to apply.
• Start date: ASAP start – permanent contract
• Salary: R12 000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
