We are seeking a talented Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineer to join our industrial electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of backup power solutions (diesel generators, gas/biogas engines, thermal plant, rotary UPS, changeover systems), ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop backup power solutions according to project specifications and customer requirements.
Conduct detailed engineering analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and performance of generator designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, grid code compliance, to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform design reviews and provide technical support during the manufacturing and testing phases of generator development.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new technologies and best practices into generator designs.
Participate in product improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
Professional registration preferred
5 +years of experience in backup power design and development, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering consulting environment.
