Bartender at One&Only Resorts

• The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes, service standards, and guest expectations. The role ensures efficient bar operations by maintaining cleanliness, managing stock and inventory, preparing mise en place, and ensuring all bar equipment is clean, functional, and ready for service.
• The position is responsible for safeguarding beverage stock, maintaining appropriate storage conditions for wines and spirits, conducting stock counts and inventory, preparing requisitions, and ensuring adequate supplies are available throughout service. The Bartender also performs opening and closing procedures, monitors equipment and refrigeration temperatures, and maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
• In addition, the role supports sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, processes guest payments and cashiering duties when required, provides prompt and courteous service, and collaborates effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and contribute to the overall profitability and operational success of the hotel.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
• Minimum of 2 years in hospitality business, preferably in a bartending role.
• Knowledgeable in various kinds of beverages and cocktails.
• Computer literate
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Seasonal position contract expired date - 30 April 2027
