Job Description

• Purpose of the role: The above position is vacant at CIT Welkom, reporting to the CIT Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to oversee the handling of cash / dispense cash.  

Minimum Requirements: 

• Grade 12, Matric Certificate or equivalent.  
• Clear criminal record 
• PSIRA accredited at least with GRADE C 
• Able to demonstrate high numeracy skills  
• Complete firearm training in handgun and rife 
• SAPS competency certificate  
• Drivers license Code 10 CE 
• Computer literate  
• Experience in security industry or similar role 
• CIT Certificate  

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive): 

• Prepare for vault room duties
• Planning of the vault room schedules CIT
• Receiving of consignment from bulk and team vehicles
• Sorting of consignments to CIT teams
• Balancing of vault and locking up
• Distribution of consignments for bulk movement
• Ensure security and manage movement of CIT schedules during transi
