BEES Online Execution Specialist at The South African Breweries (SAB)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop campaigns and content calendars aligned with market priorities to deliver unique and relevant messages to customers.
• Ensure creative and copy adhere to brand guidelines for voice and identity.
• Setup and timely dispatch campaigns.
• Educate and empower the team on Marketing Tech and communication best practices.
• Ensure campaign performance and tracking are optimized, following data tagging processes.
• Generate regular reporting and status updates for Business Unit / Market and Global leadership.
• Administer tasks related to the BEES Reward program (Club B), including managing points, redemption catalog, challenges setup, and reporting.

Key Competencies & Attributes:

• Strong self-management abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to strategize high-level and micro campaign initiatives tailored to specific products & markets.
• Skillful in learning and implementing new technologies quickly.
• Familiarity with engagement tools like Braze and Mixpanel will be advantageous.
• Highly proactive and organized individual with ability to execute multiple programs (digital communications and Club B) simultaneously
