Job Purpose:

Manage store operations to maximise top line sales and profitability

Key Dials:

• Manage and achieve all sales activities and income budgets within the Business Unit
• Manage and control all stock in order to maintain Company assets
• Manage adherence to legislation and risk management standards within the Business Unit
• Monitor and manage Business Unit cash and Credit transactions
• Team Human Resources Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

• Matric with 2-3 years retail management experience

• Relevant legislation (OHASA, FAIS, CPA, NCA, Insurance Act etc.)
