Consultancy Excellence

• Participate in high-level technical and functional meetings
• Document innovative solutions and collaborate with top development teams
• Support customers with testing and ensure seamless functionality
• Create testing scripts and visit business sites to identify opportunities for improvement

Drive Business Transformation

• Design functional solutions that directly meet client needs
• Improve service processes by offering insightful recommendations
• Work with clients to prevent interruptions and streamline operations
• Continuously refine processes and metrics for exceptional performance
• Write impactful technical specifications and ensure smooth handovers to our service teams

Be the Bridge Between Business & Technology

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Validate solutions through testing to ensure they meet client expectations
• Act as the vital link between clients and developers, making sure every requirement is delivered with precision
• Identify recurring issues and drive permanent, creative solutions to root causes

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant with:

• 5+ years of experience crafting software functional and business requirement specifications
• A strong background in business analysis, especially within software design and business intelligence
• Expertise with SQL scripting and database design
• Proven success in the retail or banking industry, facilitating workshops and driving solutions for clients
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (B Degree in Business Analysis or similar)
