Key Objectives:

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
• Use professional skills to fulfil client solution requirements to improve sales revenue
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that personal goals are being met
• Organize training for clients to help improve their skills

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and respond to inquiries about the company's products or solution
• Maintain clients relationship and keep using our solution or products
• Promote the company's products or solutions to prospective clients
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to internal team
• Organize internal resources for client training, POC, site walk etc.

Key Skills and qualifications:

• Proven record of sales growth
• Experience in CCTV, Security market as sales-related field
• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
• Strong solution knowledge about security or related field
• Project management skills 6 Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in CCTV/security solution sales
• Technical skills which can help to understand the solution client needed
• Problem-solving skills
