We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Team Leader to join our award-winning team at Greeff Christies International Real Estate in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a team of telemarketers, monitor their statistics daily, and ensure they are meeting their daily goals and targets.
• Manage daily responsibilities and administrative tasks, including tracking expenses
• Hire, coach, and provide training to team members
• Support agents by monitoring progress and providing ongoing coaching and development
• Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team

Qualifications

• Matric essential
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
• Exceptional interpersonal, client-facing, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Decisiveness, organised, and attention to detail
• Creativity in pursuit of problem-solving and incentivizing employees
• Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, databases, phone systems, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
• Telemarketing experience (preferable)
