Ownership and Responsibility: Take charge of allocated focus areas, proposing enhancements to the Business Intelligence Analysis practice. Identify opportunities to add value and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
Management and Delivery: Manage and fulfill business requirements effectively, utilizing relevant tools and methodologies. Build strong relationships to influence and guide in Business Intelligence Analysis.
Data Insights Delivery: Develop and communicate data-driven insights, utilizing visualizations and storytelling techniques. Continuously refine standards to align with Capitec methodologies.
Knowledge Sharing and Quality Assurance: Mentor and share best practices with colleagues, ensuring adherence to analytics best practices and data quality standards. Drive the development of the Business Intelligence Analysis Community of Practice.
Requirements:
5 years’ experience in data analysis and utilising visualization tools.
PowerBI and SQL experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and relevant technologies.
Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is advantageous.
