Business Process Engineer - Pretoria at Datacentrix

The purpose of this role is to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to identify areas where the company can improve processes and workflows to remain competitive in the industry. The specialist process engineer must understand business problems, research and benchmark them with industry best practices for improvement and optimization thereof.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required: 

• Matric and Bachelor's degree (NQF level 7) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering or related field.
• Certifications: Process Mapping Certification or TOGAF Certification or Business Analysis Certificate e.g. AAC, CBAP, CBDA, CCA, CCBA, CPOA or ECBA
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process mapping and or business analysis. The incumbent should also have experience in one or more of the following process improvement methodologies: Six Sigma methodology, Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Manufacturing, Continuous improvement (Kaizen), Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), Whys analysis, Business process management (BPM)
