Call Centre Agent II 1 at Santam Insurance

What will make you successful in this role:

• Dealing with general enquiries and amendments on all commercial short-term insurance business
• Adhering to the underwriting criteria and regional requirements; as well as profiling the client as to the best product suitable, underwriting criteria
• Advising clients and brokers at all times to ensure that we meet with clients’ needs in terms of the correct cover and product
• General policy administration of Commercial Business which includes issuance of new policies and amendments

Qualifications And Experience

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• FAIS compliant: NQF level 4 (short-term insurance)
• Underwriting knowledge/experience
• 2 years commercial lines experience in a short term insurance environment
• Fully Computer literate (MS Office)

Recommendations

• Commercial insurance related qualification would serve as an advantage
• Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage
