    Call Centre Agent

    Job specifications/responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with the customer base through understanding of our sales model.
    • Effective customer communication, assisting customer to make the best decision in the most, efficient, effective and timely manner
    • Accurate data capturing
    • Demonstrate sound knowledge of products
    • Negotiate deals with HO buyers to ensure sales targets are met.
    • Attention to detail
    • Take ownership of the customer service processes, i.e. orders and delivery schedules
    • Ensure complaints and compliments are communicated to the relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure follow up with customers are completed on orders placed to increase the sales conversion.
    • Ensure customer queries are efficiently dealt with and followed through
    • Take responsibility for the resolution of each call from initiation to resolution
    • Conduct customer surveys.
    • Daily reports on calls made and sales performance to be measured.
    • Monthly reporting within deadline 

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • 2 - 3 years of call center customer care experience.
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
    • Basic understanding of compliance within the workplace
    • Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel).
    • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technology;
    • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Strong knowledge of Call Centre Systems
    • Strong knowledge of Call Centre Customer Interaction and Workforce Management
