Cash Flow Reporting: Lead the preparation and presentation of cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and update monthly dashboards to track cash flow performance.
Perform Latest Estimate (LE) process for the Zone on a monthly basis for submission to Global. Collate risks and determine if any savings.
In-depth Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of cash flow trends and variances. Provide insights and recommendations to improve cash flow management.
Presentation to Senior Leadership: Prepare and present comprehensive cash flow reports and analyses to the Zone Cash Flow Manager and FP&A Director.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different Business Units and Zone Functions to support cash flow initiatives.
Foster strong relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Automation Initiatives: Lead and support automation projects to streamline cash flow reporting and analysis processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Support FP&A Functions: Provide analytical support across FP&A functions, contributing to the overall success of the team
Minimum requirements:
Education:
Relevant Business Degree
Experience:
2 Years of FMCG / Finance experience
Resilient, flexible and adaptable
Ability to work with constant change, work within tight reporting
deadlines and in a stressful environment
Teamwork and ability to build effective business relationships
