As part of our People Solutions team, we are continuously on the lookout for experienced Change Managers to join us on a contracting basis. These are project-based opportunities where you’ll be deployed into client environments to support strategic, people-centric transformation across a wide range of initiatives — from digital and ERP implementations to organisational development and large-scale change.
This opportunity is ideal for change professionals who enjoy the variety, flexibility, and impact of contract consulting work, and who are ready to hit the ground running in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage change management workstreams across a variety of client projects (ERP, digital, OD, culture, strategic change)
Develop and implement fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans
Prior consulting or contract-based experience a plus
Education
Matric
Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification preferred
University Qualification, Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience Relevant Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution.
