Join the executive team as CFO.  Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll leverage your extensive experience to guide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Driving strategic financial leadership and ensuring effective management to support organisational objectives

Focusing on growth and profitability, you’ll lead finance and IT teams, implement best practices, and foster stakeholder relationships. Your expertise in financial analysis and risk management will drive business decisions and mitigate potential challenges.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (SA) essential,with a solid background in finance.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in finance management.
• Experience in the pharma/cosmetics industry is highly desirable.
• ability to leverage financial data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with shareholders and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with financial accounting software, preferably Syspro.
• A natural communicator and team leader who inspires and motivates others.
