Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus (NQF Level 7) in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification as recognized by SAQA.
Six (6) years’ experience post qualification plus Compulsory Six (6) years’ experience as a registered professional.
Current registration with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) as Quantity Surveyor (2026). A valid driver’s licence.

Infrastructure Research/literature studies to keep up with new technologies, viability and feasibility of the geographical information management options for the Department including interaction with relevant professional development boards/councils. Project Commissioning. Infrastructure Programme and Project Evaluation. Effective and efficient resources management. Effective and efficient financial management.
