Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator who is available immediately to provide administrative and claims support to their Loss Adjusting team, with a particular focus on truck and commercial vehicle claims. This is a 3-month temporary contract.
Responsibilities
Receiving new truck claims and opening claim files
Capturing and updating claims accurately on relevant systems
Arranging appointments and inspections for Loss Adjusters
Providing authorisations and instructions to contractors
Following up with contractors on claim and repair progress
Managing queries and providing feedback to insurance companies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claim records
Preparing invoices and following up on outstanding payments
Coordinating communication between Loss Adjusters, insurers, contractors and clients
Ensuring claims are followed through efficiently until finalisation
