REQUIREMENTS :
Matriculation/ Grade 12 Knowledge: Public Service Act. Public Service Regulations. All relevant Labour Legislation Regulations. Related ILO Conventions.
DUTIES :
Render services at help desk as the first point of entry within the registration services(daily).
Resolve all complaints on all labour legislation received from clients within the scope and dictates of the IES SOP (Daily).
Render general administrative duties and participate in advocacy sessions as and when required.
