    Client Service Officer - Paterson

    Description

    To provide world-class customer service to all internal and external clients.

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 2 years client service experience or related experience within a manufacturing environment.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Ensure that there is enough floor stock by placing orders on time. (blk and bags)
    • Recon 40kg bags – Pull 40kg bag report
    • Cash Sales will open at 8.00am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
    • Process cash sale orders on Milas and then phone head office (Debtors) to release the orders on the system so invoices can be printed (CBO customers)
    • Ensure that orders requiring an authorisation order number are only scheduled when the order number has been obtained by TA or the customer.
    • Scheduling of bulk & bag products for production
    • Ensure that the working area is neat and save (Housekeeping).
    • Comply with company policy and procedures as well as the Health and Safety Act; Pest Control, PPE.
    • Determine risk areas, apply safety practices,
    • Participate as an active member of the HACCP team member.
    • Identify and report non-conforming products in store.
    • Taking and processing all orders.
    • Record all orders and ensure that bulk orders are to be filed according to the expected date of delivery.
    • Capture all orders on Milas upon receiving them.
    • Ensure that sales quotes are done and sent through to customers at the time of the email or telephone call.
    • Ensure the proof of payment with the order number is sent to head office for release via email followed by telephone call.
    • Ensure sales quotes are done timeously so as not to keep the customer or the TA waiting.
    • Manage and control outstanding orders
    • Record keeping of all bulk client's needs and special arrangements.
    • Communicate any problems or late deliveries and any changes or urgent orders with the Production Manager or T.A.'s or Production controller.
