To effectively implement the sales strategy, meet sales objectives in a precise and compliant manner and provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of J&J EP systems and catheter equipment.
Key Responsibilities
To gain MS, increase CARTO case and drive increased value per case.
Support Sales Development manager in building account plans and execute with excellence.
Track and analyze sales according to guidelines from Sales Development Manager, using Sales Analysis reports and platforms.
Manage orders, backorders, stock and consignment, as per company and hospital agreements/contracts. Be compliant with company stock management targets.
Manage and track hardware placements, work with company clinical engineering and hospital technical services departments.
Support the customer in the use of specific products during cases, coach on product usage.
Represent the product portfolio to the customer in a competent & professional manner.
Focus on customer ‘training’ to achieve account (technology) independence and collaborate with Sales Development manager and clinical Development Manager to support Clinical development programs.
Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage.
Clinical presentations of the technology, execute training programs.
Maintain annual certifications and new product training, as required, to ensure proficiency. Pass rate to be achieved on all tests and exams.
Be prepared to support cases not within regional scope if business requires.
Flawless strategy execution and as per sales incentive SOP.
Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.
Full adoption of Sales Force effectiveness tools and KPI’s.
Required Skills
Proven sales success within the EP medical environment advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and be target driven.
Must be self-disciplined, organized, and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives and your own time management and in high pressured environment.
Fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
Can work independently with a sense of individual drive.
Ability to create network with key stakeholders at different level.
Team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
High learning agility.
Qualifications
Experience within the Cardiovascular and\ or Electrophysiology and\or pacing environment preferred.
Bachelor of Science & Technology degree advantageous.
IBHRE and/or EHRA in either EP or Pacing or both advantageous.
