    Our Client, an award-winning contact centre is looking to hire a Cloud-based Software Consultant. As a BPO service provider, they connect their clients with customers, 24/7. They’re steadfast and dependable, yet agile and flexible to adapt to the exact nature of any business – to become their voice and their touchpoint with the customer.

    Our client is an internationally recognized software development company that develops leading Venues & Events Management software globally. Their mission is to combine the world-class product with amazing client support ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

    As Cloud-Based Software Consultant, you will be responsible for providing tier 1 Inbound Technical Support to our customers

    Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

    Requirements

    Requirements: 

    • Matric

    • Experience in HTML and CSS

    • Outstanding telephone skills with an ability to translate complex technical information into layman’s terms

    • Excellent written skills with an ability to describe technical information clearly

    • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize

    • A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently

    • Enjoy dealing with people and a genuine desire to assist them

    • Experience in a technical contact centre role, or the events industry, and/or using venue & event management software

    • A commitment to learning and ongoing personal development

    • A problem-solving nature with the ability to work under pressure

    • A passion for technology and a solid understanding of the IT world, ideally with experience in software

    • Credit and Criminal Clear

    • Hospitality experience will be advantageous

     

    Responsibilities:

    Your role will include (but is not limited to):

    • Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.

    • Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'

    • Training of new & existing clients on Venue Software

    • Implement, train and manage the setup process for their clients.

    • Cross-selling and up-selling products and services (e.g. Training, Web templates)

    • Assign and manage designs and custom web-skin work.
