    Cloud Command Engineer

As the "front door" of our business, you’ll be responsible for delivering a professional, positive first impression while resolving technical issues swiftly and effectively.

    What You’ll Do

    • Be the first point of contact for customer interactions—gather information, triage issues, and provide timely resolutions.
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and internal communications with professionalism and clarity.
    • Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring accurate classification, escalation, and time logging.
    • Provide remote support across a range of hardware and software systems.
    • Follow established processes and procedures, and contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
    • Work in a 24/7 shift rotation, providing support both remotely and in-office.
    • Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
    • Act as an escalation point for more complex issues when needed.

    What We’re Looking 

    • A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or at least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows desktop), Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange Hybrid Configuration.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012+ and Exchange Administration (2013+).
