Operate CNC Turning machine to produce high precision components.
Knowledge of all machine shop tools and measuring equipment
Knowledge of materials for a manufacturing environment
Must be able to read & understand drawings and G-codes.
Perform daily machine maintenance.
Perform some follow-up operations such as deburring, polishing and sanding machined parts.
Conduct Quality Check on machined products
Must consistently maintain a clean and organised work area
Knowledge of workshop practices
Qualifications
N4-N6 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5 Years work experience as Turning Machine Operator
Experience on Haas Milling Machines an added advantages.
Basic CNC programming an added advantage
