Requirements
BSc in Quantity Surveying or Property Development (Honours) Good working knowledge of different types of contracts and the demands of each. SACQSP Professional registration In depth knowledge and understanding of Construction Computer Software (CCS). Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively use a variety of estimating, scheduling and reporting software tools. Sound knowledge of standard contract documents and specifications. Good interpersonal skills and time management skills. Knowledgeable about financial and commercial matters; focuses on costs, profits, markets, new business opportunities and activities which will bring the largest return.
