    Consultant, Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    Onboarding

    • Handling the end-to-end pre and onboarding processes to provide a best in class onboarding experience to new hires
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner team and create the onboarding framework in HR
    • Partner with the managers and HRBPs in framing the new hire orientation program and execute it for all the new hires prior and pre joining
    • Creates 30 – 60 – 90 day plan to in partnership with line managers to ensure smooth orientation processes
    • Drives the creation of functional onboarding plans and playbooks
    • Conducts joining formalities and ensures collection of all onboarding documents on Day 1 without fail
    • Ensures all new hire information is accurately and timeously captured on WD
    • Ensures all necessary inputs are shared on time for Payroll processing, Benefits enrollment and Income Tax declarations for all new joiners
    • Acts as one point of contact for new joiners resolving queries on Payroll, Employment records, Insurance and other Employee benefits
    • Works closely with the HR Systems team to ensure all the latest technological enhancements available on Workday is implemented in region
    • Continuously improves the onboarding process based on feedback and associates experience
    • Implements ideas for onboarding programs that focus on associate experiences, human connection, personalization and technology enabled strategies for a virtual work environment

    What You Will Bring

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3 years of prior onboarding experience with a reputable large knowledge management / product organization
    • Experience in Recruitment Coordination, Onboarding and HR operations
    • Experience in Workday Preferred
    • Build effective relationships within Talent Acquisition, HRBP and L&D Teams
    • Superior English verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent MS Office and project management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Self-starter that is solution orientated
    • Innovative and proactive is resolving challenges
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
