    Corporate Consultant

    Marketing , Sales and Distribution of Discovery healthcare products ( Discovery Health Medical Scheme , PrimaryCare , Vitality , Gap Cover and Healthy Company) through opportunity identification and relationship building with both Brokers and Employers
    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • Create strategic business partnerships with a panel of intermediaries to enable sales and meet and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Identify and drive innovative solutions that will lead to growth opportunities within existing clients
    • Become an industry and product expert across the Discovery for Business suite of products.
    • Empower and educate intermediaries and clients on the Discovery value proposition through presentations, member one on ones and face to face interaction
    • Strategic Relationship Management
    • Consistently deliver according to value-add proposition agreed upon with client. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
    • Project manage the entire new business take on process for new clients from start to finish.
    • Partnering with a Marketing Associates to provide world class service to all stakeholders
    • Monthly reporting and delivery of critical content and trends
    • Identifying integration opportunities through Group Life, Retirement Funds, Health and Wellness.

    • 3rd Party Sales experience
    • In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Industry/ Medical Scheme
    • Employer Benefit knowledge and experience advantageous
    • 2-3 Years within the Financial Services Industry
    • 2-3 Years Commission target based sales experience
    • Business related degree diploma (essential)
    • Industry related NQF 5 - 120 credits (essential)
    • Written and passed RE Exams Essential
    • Industry related NQF
