Creditors Supervisor - New Germany at Automould

Key Performance Areas

•  Check and supervise the creditors team
•  Opening of all new vendors following the required processes and making sure all the fields arecomplete.
•  Timeous follow-up on all accounts payable queries and resolve those queries with the purchasing department
•  Ensuring that invoices are matched against purchase orders and goods received notes reference to quantities, quality, description and price.
•  Reviewing of creditors reconciliations on a monthly basis
•  Ensuring that all remittances advise are forwarded to suppliers after completion of payment runs
•  Clearing all outstanding GRN’s in the system and making sure noting is outstanding at month end

Qualification and Experience

•  National Diploma in Finance
•  5 years in automotive or related manufacturing industries
•  Previous creditors experience necessary
•  JDE
•  MS Office i.e. Excel
