SALARY : R582 444.per annum (Excluding Benefits) (Level 10)

REQUIREMENTS :

• An NQF level 6 three-year Diploma, Advanced Certificate or equivalent in Policing and/or Criminal Investigation or related qualification.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a legal/investigative environment in roles related to corruption investigations, commercia related crimes and/or financial crimes. Vocational training in criminal investigations such as the detective Learning Programme and/or other specialized investigation courses.
• Demonstrable competency in acting Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, innovative and proactive. General management and project management Skills. Strategic capability and leadership. People management and empowerment. Customer service and responsiveness.
• Communication Skills. Planning and Prioritising. Research Skills and Administration skills. A valid driver's license.

DUTIES :

• Conduct strategic planning and implementation for investigations purposes.
• Attend to stakeholder engagements I relation to investigations.
• Conduct criminal investigations as authorised by the Investigating Director.
• Execute special operations in line with the provisions of relevant legislation. Participate in national criminal investigative projects and administrative functions.
