Appointment requirements

• Grade 12
• At least two years’ relevant experience in a human resources environment
• Experience in benefits administration will be an added advantage
• A valid Code B driving licence
• Computer literacy, specifically in Excel and Word
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
• Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Primary functions

• Handle incoming post
• Conduct leave data capturing
• Print daily input report
• Conduct encashment of accrued vacation leave
• Conduct encashment of accrued vacation leave for payment of municipal account
• Execute daily runs as and when required
• Conduct leave reconciliation
